Ottawa native Rachel Homan scored one in the 10th end to seal the women’s victory and improve to 6-0.

The Canadian men’s team had a share of top spot after posting a pair of wins Tuesday. Skip Jake Walker, who plays out of Kitchener’s Westmount Curling Club, led his rink to a 11-6 win over Denmark and a 6-5 victory over Sweden.

Canada, Norway and Scotland lead the standings at 5-1.

In the early game, Walker stole three in the first end and added four in the fourth end to put the match out of reach.
